Andrei Savchenko

Short version: I build products, mostly software, mostly for people who have to get things done with it. Based in Novosibirsk, working across time zones.

Day job is Arbonum — payment infrastructure and back-office for companies that sell across borders. Before that: product roles in fintech and e-commerce, a couple of failed starts, one acquisition.

Things I care about: clear interfaces, honest documentation, systems that survive their authors. Things I avoid: dashboards nobody reads, meetings that could have been a diff.

Outside work — film photography, long rides on a gravel bike, and an unreasonable amount of time spent making old hardware do modern tricks.
